Lentils with sausage and egg

We will rinse the lentils in cold water and then cook them until soft.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 kg lentils
2 tablespoons pork lard
2 pcs onions
1 cube vegetable bouillon
4 - 5 cloves garlic
to taste vinegar
salt
ground black pepper
as needed all-purpose flour
side dish 6 pcs pickled cucumbers
200 g smoked meat
4 pcs boiled eggs

Recipe steps

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in lard until golden. Sprinkle with a little flour, stir. This is then added to the almost cooked lentils. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Then stir in the crushed garlic, dissolved bouillon in water, vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a while.

Serve with sautéed sausage on onions, a fried egg, and cucumber.
