Spinach soup

We will defrost the spinach, it doesn’t need to be completely thawed, and we will place it in 3/4 liter of water. We will salt the water and bring it to a boil. We will cook it this way for approximately 15 minutes.
Ingredients (what you need)
chicken liver
1 pc egg
750 ml water
salt
1 package frozen spinach
1 pc onion
3 cloves garlic
Recipe steps
While the soup base is cooking, we will prepare a roux and sauté some onions. We will then use these to thicken our soup. We will also stir in 3 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 egg. Then we just let it simmer briefly and we can serve it.
Excellent with fresh bread.
