3 tablespoons cocoa
160 g granulated sugar
6 tablespoons rum
160 g finely grated coconut
3 tablespoons milk
60 g butter
for coating grated coconut

Recipe steps

We gradually mix all the ingredients together. We avoid a sticky dough, from which we shape small balls. We then coat them in grated coconut.

This pastry is not baked and yields approximately 50 balls.
