Liver dumplings

These are classic liver dumplings used in our favorite soup.
Ingredients (what you need)
ground pepper
1 pc egg
100 g breadcrumbs
salt
100 g pork liver
30 g butter
garlic
Recipe steps
We will melt the butter and mix it together with salt and an egg. Then we add the blended liver, the finest breadcrumbs, garlic, and pepper. We mix it together with a little bit of finely chopped chives and parsley. We shape small dumplings.
Liver dumplings are cooked directly in the soup for about 10 minutes.
