We mix the baking powder in a bowl with flour, vanilla sugar, ground poppy seeds, salt, and sugar. We add eggs, milk, and oil. From all this, we knead a thicker dough.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 package baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 package vanilla sugar
2 pcs eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup ground poppy seeds
for decoration lemon icing

Recipe steps

We then pour it onto a greased and floured baking tray. We evenly spread the mixture on it. We then place it in the oven at 190°C and bake for about 20 minutes.

Once it's done, we let it cool and brush it with lemon icing. When it hardens, we cut it into cubes and can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
