Cut the salami into cubes and place it in a bowl. Add finely chopped hard-boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.

6 pcs eggs
1 pcs boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 pcs onion
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
1 cup sour cream
salt
100 g soft salami

Recipe steps

After mixing, we add yogurt and a bit of sour cream and mix again.

We prepare homemade mayonnaise in a blender, where we add the rest of the sour cream, boiled potato, mustard, onion, and salt. After blending, we mix it into the prepared mixture and place it in the fridge to chill.

Serve well chilled with fresh bread.
