Easy recipe for bread dumplings prepared in a bread maker.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 1/45 l milk
1 pc egg
2 50 dkg all-purpose flour
1 pc stale roll or bun
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
to taste salt

Recipe steps

Beat the eggs in milk and pour them into the container in the bread maker. Cut the stale bread into cubes and add it to the container. Sprinkle everything with flour. In the left corner, sprinkle salt, and in the right corner, add dried yeast with sugar.

Set the bread maker to mixing without baking. (about 1 hour and 15 minutes).

When the dough rises, bring salted water to a boil.

Remove the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts and shape them into 3 equal rolls.

Let them rest under a towel for a while until the water starts boiling.

Place the dumplings in the pot and check if they are sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Boil for 25 minutes. After 10 minutes of boiling, turn the dumplings over.

Remove the cooked dumplings from the pot, poke them with a fork, and cut them with thread.
