Zucchini baked with ham

We will prepare everything in advance. We cut the zucchini into small pieces, chop the ham and peeled onion finely, and grate the hard cheese coarsely. Apart from the cheese, we throw everything into a heated pan with a bit of oil and sauté for a while. Meanwhile, we whisk the eggs in the cream, season with pepper and salt, and mix with the grated cheese.

Ingredients (what you need)

150 g hard cheese
5 pcs eggs
150 g pork ham
150 ml heavy cream
1 pcs onion
1 pcs medium zucchini
to taste salt
ground black pepper
as needed oil

Recipe steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare small baking dishes into which we divide the sautéed mixture (if we don't have dishes, we place it in a baking dish) and pour the mixture of eggs, cream, and cheese over it. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Zucchini can be replaced with cooked potatoes. Serve either in the dishes or cut into portions and serve with either a vegetable salad or fresh bread.
