20 g yeast
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe steps
The remaining milk is then mixed with the eggs and flour for thickening. We add melted butter and a pinch of salt. We mix this with the sourdough and create a thin batter, which we set aside to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes.
Once the dough has risen, we pour it with a ladle into a preheated pancake maker (or a skillet if you don't have one), which has a small teaspoon of oil in each compartment. We fry the pancakes on both sides until lightly browned.
After removing them, we spread them with jam or fruit spread and sprinkle with grated cottage cheese.
