We peel and wash the potatoes. We take a peeler and use it to make thin slices.

to taste ground paprika
salt
as needed potatoes
oil for frying

Recipe steps

In a pot, heat oil so that the chips can float in it. Fry until golden brown, and after removing them, place them on a napkin to drain.

Once drained, put the chips in a bowl, add salt, and mix. You can also make them spicy by using paprika seasoning.
