Kadanian rolls

Christmas cookies.
Ingredients (what you need)
chocolate
cream 1 pc vanilla sugar
250 ml milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
250 g Zlatá Haná
dough 100 g semi-coarse flour
300 g ground walnuts
300 g powdered sugar
2 pcs eggs
Recipe steps
From all the ingredients, we prepare a dough ball. If the dough is too firm, we can mix in a bit of fat. We let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Then we roll it out to about half a centimeter and cut out the shape of croissants; the edges should not be pointed to prevent burning, so they should be rounded.
We place them on a baking sheet in the oven at 150°C and bake for 20 minutes.
After baking, we let the croissants cool and then decorate them with cream, preferably using a piping bag with a decorative tip, and for quicker setting, we place them in the freezer. Once removed, we dip them in chocolate.
For the cream, we use maizena and milk, from which we cook a thicker porridge that we then let cool. Meanwhile, we mix the fat with vanilla sugar, gradually whisking in our porridge and sweetening with sugar. We can also mix in cocoa or some jam according to our taste.
