We will take elderberries and boil them in water for about half an hour.

Ingredients (what you need)

2 tablespoons ground coffee
1 liter water
2 liters elderberries
500 ml rum
1 package vanilla sugar
1 kg sugar

Recipe steps

We strain the elderberries and add sugar, which we cook for another 20 minutes. Then we add vanilla sugar, dissolve it, and add ground coffee, which we cook for another 2 minutes.

We let it cool and strain it through a cloth. Finally, we stir in the rum. We pour it into jars or bottles and store it in a cool place.
