Pouches with cheese and ham

We will roll out the puff pastry and then cut it into squares approximately 10x10 cm.
Ingredients (what you need)
20 dkg hard cheese
1 package puff pastry
20 dkg ham
for brushing 1 pcs egg
oil
to taste salt
to taste caraway seeds
Recipe steps
On each of them, we place a slice of ham and a slice of Edam cheese or smoked cheese. We then brush the edges with beaten egg. We fold the dough in half and press the edges together. We lightly oil a baking tray and place the pockets on it.
We then brush all of them with beaten egg and lightly sprinkle with salt; if you like, you can also add caraway seeds.
The pockets can be eaten both warm and cold.
