Cottage cheese potato pancakes

We peel and crush the garlic, which we mix with salt. We peel and finely chop the onion. We grate the peeled potatoes finely into a bowl, from which we drain the excess juice. We add the onion, garlic, paprika, marjoram, pepper, salt, and mix everything together. Then we incorporate the flour and knead the dough, which we do not let rest for 15 minutes.

1 teaspoon ground hot paprika
8 pcs large potatoes
2 pcs onions
2 packets Olomouc cheese (sticks)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon marjoram
8 cloves garlic

salt
as needed oil for frying
Recipe steps
We slice the cheese, which we place into circles shaped from the dough. We then cover each of them with a thin layer of dough. We place them this way onto a hot pan with oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
