We will prepare all the ingredients for the dough. We will process the chopped fat into slices individually with the flour. Then we will combine the rest of the ingredients and knead them into a smooth, non-sticky dough, which we will wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Ingredients (what you need)
200 g butter (fat)
1 package vanilla sugar
1/4 package baking powder
1 piece egg
100 g granulated sugar for baking
300 g all-purpose flour
1 piece lemon
for decoration powdered sugar
for spreading 1 jar linzer (currant) jam
as needed all-purpose flour for dusting
