Popular Szeged Goulash

Who wouldn't know Segedín goulash? Great taste.
Ingredients (what you need)
0.7 kg cabbage - fermented
0.2 l cream - sour
sweet paprika - ground
salt
0.5 kg meat - pork
1 pc kitchen onion
30 g flour - plain
50 g fat, e.g. lard
Recipe steps
We serve with bread dumplings or with potatoes.
We drain and chop the cabbage. We put fat in a pot and add the cabbage. Now we will stew the cabbage.
In another pot, we sauté chopped onion in lard and add the diced pork. We season with sweet paprika. We add water and cook.
Towards the end, we carefully add the cabbage.
In a bowl, we pour sour cream and add plain flour. We whisk it together.
We pour it into the pot with the meat and let it simmer. We taste it and add salt as needed.
