Using a hand whisk, mix all the ingredients for the filling.

Ingredients (what you need)

filling 500 g cottage cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
2 pcs eggs
1 cup milk
2 pcs pudding powder
dough 1 cup milk
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups semi-coarse flour
1 pc baking powder
0.75 cup oil
2 pcs eggs

Recipe steps

In a bowl, we put sugar with oil and whip it into a smooth mixture. Then we gradually fold in the rest of the ingredients.

We prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, which we pour the batter into. On top, we add a thin cottage cheese filling. We take a spatula and mix the batter with the filling.

We place it in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake until the top is golden.

We let it cool and then cut the cake.
