1000 g pork belly - raw (or lard)
fresh baked goods

Recipe steps

Buy a nice piece of pork belly from the butcher. We'll cut it up on the cutting board.

First, we carefully remove the tough skin.

We pour it into the baking dish and press the program.

The program finishes, and we start it again. We complete it and turn it on for the third time. We watch, and during the third round, we wait for the cracklings to have a nice color. Our favorite one.

Once it's done, we strain it, and we can enjoy it. There's just enough for a taste.

Next time, we’ll prepare cracklings, maybe just from lard.

We cut some bread, pour ourselves a nice drink, and relax.
