Fresh rolls

In a bowl, prepare a starter with a bit of flour, water, sugar, and yeast, and let it rise. Then mix it with the remaining flour, sugar, salt, mayonnaise, and milk. Set it aside in a warm and, if possible, humid place to rise for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients (what you need)
for brushing 1 pc egg
to taste 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
dough 1/2 cube yeast
250 ml milk
500 g all-purpose flour
100 g mayonnaise
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe steps
From the risen dough, we take pieces of dough, about 15 in total. From each piece, we roll out a flatbread, cut out a triangle, which we then roll into a crescent shape. We prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the crescents on it. We let them rise for a little longer, then brush them with water or beaten egg. We sprinkle with coarse salt, caraway seeds, or poppy seeds.
We place them in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 15 minutes.
