Ingredients (what you need)
5 pcs sterilized cucumbers
250 ml mayonnaise
5 pcs boiled potatoes with skin
1 pcs onion
2 pcs hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon mustard
to taste ground pepper
salt
Recipe steps
Wash the potatoes and cook them in their skins, then grate them coarsely after they have cooled. Similarly, grate the pickled cucumbers. Finely chop the peeled onion and also prepare hard-boiled eggs, which should be coarsely grated, in a bowl aside.
We place everything into a larger bowl, where we add salt and pepper to the potatoes, then add the cucumbers, mayonnaise, and mustard. Next, we incorporate the prepared eggs from the bowl and mix the spread well. As is customary with such spreads, we place it in the refrigerator and let it sit and cool.
