We break the cleaned cauliflower into florets.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 pc cauliflower
1 pc onion
3 - 4 pcs eggs
1 cup water
vegetable oil
cumin
salt

Recipe steps

In a pan with heated oil, we sauté finely chopped onion. We fry until it turns pink. Then we add water. We simmer for a while and add cauliflower. We add caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.

We cover the cauliflower and let it slowly stew until the cauliflower is soft.

Meanwhile, we whisk the eggs. We carefully mash the cooked cauliflower, add the eggs, and after mixing, we let it cook for 5 minutes.

We serve cauliflower brains with fresh bread or mashed potatoes.
