Pork with mushrooms

We cut the meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper, cover it and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. We chop the mushrooms.

500 g pork meat
1 pc larger onion
to taste caraway seeds
Vegeta
salt
as needed semi-coarse flour
water
oil
dried or fresh mushrooms
Recipe steps
We peel the onion and chop it finely. We sauté it in a pot with oil and then add the meat and mushrooms, letting them fry for a while. We sprinkle with caraway, add water, and let it simmer until the meat is tender.
We season with salt, add seasoning, and thicken with flour.
We can serve it with either rice or pasta.
