Grated Easter lamb

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Take a lamb-shaped mold, which we will grease and dust.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 glass milk
1 piece baking powder
35 dkg semolina flour
14 dkg butter
20 dkg granulated sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 pieces eggs
as needed fat for greasing
breadcrumbs for dusting
Recipe steps
Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Then cream the sugar with the butter and the egg yolks. Add the milk, stiffly beaten egg whites, lemon zest, and the flour with baking powder. Mix gently.
Spread this batter into the prepared mold. Place the lamb in a preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Once baked, turn the lamb out of the mold and let it cool.
