Grilled pork neck with beer

1 kg pork neck (with bone or without)
pepper
salt
For the marinade
0.5 l light beer
4–6 pcs allspice berries
3–4 pcs bay leaves
1 pc small chili pepper
1 pc clove of garlic
2 tablespoons oil
a bit of thyme
Recipe steps
As the first step, mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
Cut the meat into thicker slices. Roll it well in the marinade and let it rest for at least 12 hours in a cool place.
Then season the meat with salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste. Grill on both sides for 5–7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the individual slices.
During grilling, brush the pork neck with the remaining marinade. After removing it from the grill, let the meat rest for a few minutes to allow it to come together and for all the flavors and aromas to develop.
