Ingredients (what you need)

250 g plum jam
1 pc lemon
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter
to taste granulated sugar

Recipe steps

Thoroughly scrub the lemon with a brush under hot water and grate the zest. Then squeeze out the juice.

Melt the butter, dust with flour, moisten with a bit of broth, and add the plum jam. Add the lemon zest and juice, and sugar. Stir, simmer, and strain through a fine sieve.

Finally, add a few drops of rum.
