We will then pour this into a bowl together with the eggs, gingerbread spice, and flour, which we add gradually. Finally, we will add the baking soda. We will properly work everything into a firmer dough and place it in the refrigerator to rest for half an hour.

300 g powdered sugar
2 pcs egg whites
dough 2 tablespoons honey
50 g Hera
130 g powdered sugar
300 g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons gingerbread spice
2 pcs eggs
1 tablespoon baking soda
Recipe steps
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about half a centimeter thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Place these cut shapes onto a prepared baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased, and put them in the preheated oven to bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cookies turn pink.
After removing them from the oven, brush them with beaten egg.
Prepare the icing by mixing sugar, lemon juice, and egg white and whisking it into a smooth white mixture.
Decorate the cookies with the icing and let them rest until the next day.
