Liver sauce with bacon

Finely chopped bacon is heated in a pan. We add finely chopped onion, caraway seeds, and sauté. Then we add diced liver, which we lightly fry, then pour in part of the broth and add pepper. Covered, we then simmer until tender.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 l beef broth or stock from bouillon
200 g whole English bacon
500 g pork liver
1 pcs large onion
to taste whole caraway seeds
pepper or pepper spice
salt
as needed wheat flour
Recipe steps
When the liver has softened, we add the rest of the broth, and after a while of cooking, we remove the liver. We blend half of it and add it to the strained sauce. Here, we can add either Podravka or salt. We start to boil, stirring in flour mixed with water for thickening. We stir over low heat for about 10 minutes.
As the last step, we add the remaining liver and let it warm in the sauce for a while.
We serve the liver sauce with rice.
