We peel the onion and chop it finely. Sauté in oil until golden.

1/2 cup ketchup
300 g pork liver
olive oil
1 pc onion
3 cloves garlic
to taste marjoram
sweet paprika
ground cinnamon
cumin
salt
chili powder
Recipe steps
We wash the liver and cut it as needed, then add it to the onion. We sprinkle with red paprika and lightly add water. We sprinkle with cumin and stew until the liver softens.
At the end, we add ketchup, chili, garlic, marjoram, cinnamon, and salt. We simmer for a while.
The liver can be served with any side dish. It goes best with rice.
