Potato soup

Potato soup is a soup that warms you up.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic - granulated
parsley
salt
1 piece smaller kitchen onion
2 teaspoons marjoram
1 piece parsley
2 pieces carrot
3 pieces potatoes
1 piece celery
2 tablespoons mushrooms (can be fresh or dried)
2 tablespoons flour - plain
Recipe steps
First, we soak the mushrooms.
We prepare the vegetables, wash them and peel them. On the cutting board, we chop them into small pieces.
We take a blender and blend the peeled onion.
We make the base for the soup.
In a pot, we add the onion and drizzle a bit of oil. We sauté it. We add two tablespoons of flour.
Then we pour water (1.5 liters) into the pot. We stir with a whisk. We strain the mushrooms and throw them into the pot. We add the chopped potatoes, garlic, and marjoram.
We pour in the vegetables and cook. I occasionally add some lovage and a bouillon cube. We cook again. We taste and salt it.
We wash the parsley and add it to the soup. And it's done.
