Grandma's potato soup

The best potato soup, for which every family has its own recipe. This one is from my grandmother.
Ingredients (what you need)
8 pcs potatoes
1 pc parsley
3 pcs carrots
1/4 pc celery
2 handfuls fresh mushrooms
8 cloves garlic
4 l water
3 tablespoons soup seasoning
2 cubes broth
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 pc bay leaf
8 grains whole black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 grains allspice
3 teaspoons marjoram
5 tablespoons butter
parsley or chives
Recipe steps
We clean the vegetables and mushrooms, peel them, and cut them into small cubes, while cutting the potatoes into larger cubes. We cook everything with bay leaves, pepper, salt, and allspice until soft.
From butter and flour, we make a roux. We remove the bay leaves and allspice. We add the broth cubes, pressed garlic, the roux, marjoram, and simmer. We season the soup with soup spices, ground pepper, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
We serve Grandma's potato soup with bread.
