Traditional Czech buns

In a bowl with flour, we make a well in which we prepare a leaven from sugar, crumbled yeast, and warm milk. When the leaven has risen, we add the egg yolks with melted butter, sugar, salt, and lemon zest. From this, we work out a dough so that it does not stick to the bowl and let it rise somewhere warm.
Ingredients (what you need)
for brushing oil
filling milk
sugar
1 pc quark
dough 2 pcs egg yolk
1 packet vanilla sugar
120 g butter
500 g all-purpose flour
1/4 l milk
1 pinch salt
lemon zest
80 g sugar
30 g yeast
Recipe steps
While the dough is rising, we prepare the filling to taste, in this case, cottage cheese with sugar and a little milk, which we mix together.
We form the dumplings from torn pieces of dough, which we fill with the filling and pinch together at one end. We place them closely next to each other in a lightly greased baking dish so that the dumplings are not too greasy. Once the baking dish is full, we brush the dumplings with melted butter and put them in a preheated oven at 180°C to bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.
When the dumplings are ready, we sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
