Mashed potatoes with cream and leek

Cleaned and washed potatoes are boiled in their skins until soft and then peeled. Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely.

1 piece small onion
1 piece green part of leek
200 ml cream
2 cloves garlic

In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion until pink. Then add the leek, garlic, potatoes, and salt. Pour in the cream, let it heat up, and mash it.
