Ingredients (what you need)

1 l water
500 g crystal sugar

Recipe steps

Regarding sugar, follow the acidity of the cucumbers. If they are sweet enough, reduce the sugar in the recipe to about 300 g.

First, thoroughly wash and pit the apricots. Then pack them into prepared sterilized jars.

For the brine, boil 500 g (300 g) of sugar in one liter of water for 5 minutes. Bring the water to a boil and add the sugar. The sugar will dissolve and simmer lightly.

Pour the still hot brine over the apricots in the jars and seal carefully. Sterilize at 85 °C for 15–20 minutes.

Finally, place the hot jars upside down to cool and store in a dark, cool place.
