Simple recipe for potato dumplings.

Ingredients (what you need)

100 g semolina for children
2 tablespoons vinegar
200 g all-purpose flour
1 - 2 pcs eggs
800 g potatoes
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe steps

We wash the potatoes and cook them in their skins. Let them cool, peel them, and grate them roughly.

We make a well in which we add flour, semolina, vinegar, eggs, and salt. We knead the dough by hand until everything is combined. Make 4 rolls and place them in a prepared pot with boiling salted water. Cook over a gentle flame for about 20 minutes. Check occasionally to make sure they don't stick together or roll on the bottom.

Cut the dumplings into slices and serve immediately.
