Ingredients (what you need)
200 ml sour cream
250 g soft fatty cottage cheese
150 g powdered sugar
300 g blueberries
Recipe steps
First, thoroughly whisk the sour cream with the cottage cheese and sugar.
Blend the cleaned blueberries and mix them into the cottage cheese with sour cream. Place in the freezer, but after 15 minutes, stir the ice cream, which you should repeat 3 times until the mixture begins to thicken.
It should take about 6 hours. Then transfer the blueberry ice cream to the refrigerator and serve after 15 minutes.
