Ingredients (what you need)
500 g ground pork
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons ground pepper
1 pinch ground chili
8 cloves garlic
4 g marjoram
1 piece large onion
2 pieces eggs
breadcrumbs as needed
4 tablespoons pork lard
Recipe steps
In a larger bowl, place the ground pork and add salt, pepper, a pinch of chili, and minced garlic. Mix everything well, you can even use your hands, it's the easiest way.
Chop the onion into small cubes, crush the marjoram in your palms, and together with the eggs, add everything to the mixture in the bowl. Mix thoroughly again.
You can let it rest in the fridge for two hours.
Shape into patties and slowly fry on both sides in heated oil or lard.
