Heavenly sauce

Favorite tomato sauce. Children love it. Its color and sweet taste.
Ingredients (what you need)
2 - 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
allspice
salt
cinnamon
onion
bouillon
vinegar
210 g tomato puree
gingerbread grated
bay leaf
clove
flour - all-purpose
1 l water
black pepper - whole
1 tablespoon butter
Recipe steps
In a pot, we crack in some tomato puree and dilute it with water. We add a bouillon cube, a bit of grated gingerbread, and an onion. We season it.
In a smaller pot, we place a piece of butter and add sugar. The caramelized sugar goes back into the sauce.
We taste it and adjust the flavor with a little vinegar and sugar. Finally, we add fragrant cinnamon. We thicken it with baby semolina or flour. We cook for a while. Serve it with pasta or dumplings and meat. Yum.
