We start with an onion, which we peel and finely chop. We dice the salami, and we can also add some bacon. We peel the garlic and crush it.

Ingredients (what you need)

1 package spaghetti
1 piece onion
200 g soft salami
oil
3 tablespoons sweet ketchup
water
3 cloves garlic
for garnish cheese
1 bunch coriander

Recipe steps

In a pan, sauté the onion in hot oil, then add the sausage and sauté it as well. Add ketchup and a little water, stir, and let it simmer for a while.

I recommend trying it with fresh, chopped coriander as well. It will add the classic Mexican flavor to the sauce.

As the last step, add the garlic. Let it simmer gently for about 5 minutes, and the sauce is ready.

Serve the sauce in the classic way with spaghetti, sprinkled with cheese.
