Baked portobello mushrooms

Portobello mushrooms are often used as an alternative source of meat, and it is not surprising. They have an intense flavor, a juicy texture, and their preparation is easy and quick.
Ingredients (what you need)
4 large portobello mushrooms
80 g English bacon
100 g processed cheese
2 eggs
100 ml sour cream
2 pinches of grilling spice
4 slices of butter
salt (to taste)
olive oil (as needed)
a piece of Parmesan
Recipe steps
Cut the bacon into small pieces and grate the cheese finely.
In a bowl, combine the cheese, bacon, eggs, and sour cream. Season with salt and add a bit of grilling spice.
From the mushrooms, we only take the caps; we'll use the stems for another dish. Salt the inside of the caps and brush them with olive oil.
In a baking dish lined with parchment paper, place the mixture, cover it with aluminum foil, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.
At the end of baking, sprinkle each cap with a little parmesan and add a piece of butter. Let them finish baking uncovered until they acquire a golden color.
