Baked salmon with creamy spinach

Washed portions of salmon are drizzled with lemon juice, salted, and peppered. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. We allow the spinach to wilt a little and then chop it roughly.
Ingredients (what you need)
4 portions skinless salmon fillet
500 g frozen leaf spinach
1 pc onion
1 dl heavy cream
4 cloves garlic
to taste lemon juice
salt
ground black pepper
as needed oil
1 sprig thyme
butter
for garnish lemon
Recipe steps
In a pan with hot oil, sauté the onion, then stir in the spinach and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer until the juice evaporates. At this point, pour in the cream and let it heat through.
In another pan, sauté a sprig of thyme in butter and then sear the salmon on both sides.
Place the spinach mixture on a plate and top it with the salmon. You can garnish with a wedge of lemon and the sautéed sprig of thyme. Roasted potatoes make a great side dish.
