Ingredients (what you need)
400 g mushrooms
2 packets pre-cooked rice
4 onions
1 leek
3 tablespoons oil
150 ml vegetable broth
150 g canned peas
salt
pepper
Recipe steps
Cook the rice according to the package instructions in salted water. Boil until soft.
After about 20 minutes, remove the rice bags and let them drain thoroughly.
The next step is to slice the onion into thin rings, the mushrooms into thicker slices, and finally slice the leek into thin rings.
In a pan, first heat the oil thoroughly. Sauté the onion together with the mushrooms in the oil, add the leek, and fry for about 2 minutes. Then pour in the broth and simmer for between 8 and 10 minutes.
Finally, stir in the peas, season with salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, mix with the prepared rice and serve.
