Cabbage brain

We wash the cabbage and cut it into quarters. In a pot, we bring water to a boil, add salt, and put the quarters in, cooking until they soften. Then we dry them and cut them into strips.

800 g cabbage
8 pcs eggs
1 pc onion
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons oil
to taste salt
ground caraway
Recipe steps
Peel the onion and chop it finely. In a bowl, crack the eggs, whisk them with pepper and salt.
In a pan with hot oil and butter, fry the onion. When it is golden brown, add the chopped cabbage and sauté for a while. Then pour in the beaten eggs. Add caraway seeds and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the cabbage dish with boiled potatoes or fresh bread.
