After washing the celery, we trim the ends, peel it, and cut it into cubes.

Ingredients (what you need)

200 g hard cheese
1 pinch ground pepper
5 pcs pickled cucumber
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 pc celery stalk
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
to taste vinegar

Recipe steps

We put everything in a bowl and add cheese cut into small pieces and mayonnaise. It is also possible to make the salad lighter, in which case we can add yogurt or sour cream instead of mayonnaise. We season to taste with pepper, salt, and mix in olive oil.

We can also add pickled diced cucumbers or vinegar if we like tangy salads.

Serve with bread.
