1 kg of lean pork shoulder

Recipe steps
In oil, sauté the chopped onion, add 3 crushed garlic cloves, and sprinkle in the chopped shoulder, which we season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Once the meat is browned, add 1 dl of water, cover, and place it in the oven to bake at 190°C for about 1 hour.
Add the chopped cabbage without the stem, stir everything, add 2-3 crushed garlic cloves, cover with a lid, and bake for another 40 minutes at 180°C. If the dish is not done, extend the baking time.
