Ingredients (what you need)

3 pcs onion
beef broth
1 glass white wine
butter
grated cheese
bread
ground black pepper
to taste salt
as needed all-purpose flour

Recipe steps

Cut the bread into cubes and lightly sauté it in butter in a pan. Set aside.

Chop the cleaned onion into thin rings and place it in a smaller pot, where we have meanwhile melted butter and sautéed the onion. Add the prepared broth, pour in the wine, and pepper. Let it simmer for a while. Then thicken with flour as needed and salt to taste.

Pour the soup into bowls, add the sautéed croutons, and sprinkle with grated cheese.
