We squeeze the water from the thawed spinach, mix it with flour, baking powder, and egg yolks. We add whipped egg whites and salt. We mix it this way and place the created mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spreading it out. We put it in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients (what you need)

red pepper
filling 200 g sour cream
salt
250 g soft cheese
3 cloves garlic
100 g grated cheese
dough 1 pinch baking powder
salt
1 cube frozen spinach
3 tablespoons coarse flour
4 pcs eggs

Recipe steps

Meanwhile, we will prepare the filling from cottage cheese, grated cheese, cream, and crushed garlic.

We take the baked spinach layer off the baking sheet and place it on a new piece of parchment paper.

We peel off the paper it was baked on, lay it on the layer, and roll it up with the new one. Once the roll cools down, we unroll it, remove and discard the old parchment paper, and spread the filling on it. We sprinkle finely chopped red pepper on top and this time roll it up again without any parchment paper.

We place the roll in the refrigerator to chill. Then we cut it into slices and serve it as an appetizer or snack.
