We will grate all kinds of cheese. We will add flour and butter. According to taste, we will then add paprika, cumin, poppy seeds, flax seeds, etc.

Ingredients (what you need)

120 g plain flour
40 g hard cheese 30%
40 g Camembert or blue cheese
40 g hard cheese 45%
120 g butter

Recipe steps

From all of this, we will prepare a dough that we will then let rest in the refrigerator for a while. After we take it out, we will roll it out and cut it into the desired shapes, which we will place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

We then place it in the oven preheated to 180°C.

We bake it this way for up to 15 minutes, depending on how crispy we want the cookies.
