280 ml hot water
6 tablespoons fat
500 g flour (wheat, corn)
salt
Recipe steps
In a bowl, pour in the wheat flour and add the fat by tablespoons. Lightly salt it. Heat some water and carefully pour it in gradually. Knead the mixture.
On a silicone rolling mat, you can form a roll from the dough. From it, separate equal parts. Then roll them out into circles.
In a larger frying pan, you will fry them for a while (a few seconds) on both sides.
Fill them with your chosen mixture, roll them up, and serve. Prepare, for example, a warm vegetable mixture with a dip. Or chicken, pork meat. Add fresh vegetables. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy your meal.
