Mini cheese pizza

We mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead it into a smooth dough. We set it aside in a warm place to rise for half an hour.
Ingredients (what you need)
for brushing 0.05 dl oil
filling 300 g green or red pepper
300 g cherry tomatoes
ketchup
pizza seasoning
garlic to taste
300 g cooked ham
300 g Eidam cheese
dough 1 cube yeast
2 g salt
1 dl sunflower oil
1 pc egg
400 ml semi-skimmed milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 kg all-purpose or semi-coarse flour
Recipe steps
From the dough, we create small balls, which we then roll out into small circles, which we brush with oil and sprinkle with a little finely chopped garlic. Then we place a slice of ham, tomato, pepper, and top with grated cheese and sprinkle with pizza seasoning, add salt, and drizzle with ketchup.
We place them on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Before the end, we spray the pizza with water from a spray bottle.
After removing, we can serve the mini pizza immediately.
