Ingredients (what you need)
1 young zucchini (about 250 g)
1 Camembert cheese
2 chopped spring onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of flakes
2 tablespoons of plain flour
1 egg
bread crumbs
marjoram
salt
ground pepper
oil for frying
Recipe steps
Grate the washed zucchini coarsely with the skin on. Sprinkle with salt, add the flakes, and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes. If there is water left in the zucchini, remove it.
Grate the cheese coarsely and mix it with the egg, spices, crushed garlic, onion, and flour, which we add to the zucchini.
Prepare the mixture for patties and add breadcrumbs as needed.
Take roughly the same amount of the mixture and shape it into patties, which we then coat in breadcrumbs.
Fry in heated oil on each side.
